Meet The Founders
Noureddine grew up in the High Atlas Mountains, where his Amazigh identity was often suppressed through systems of Arabization enforced by educational institutions, cultural policies, and media. Despite these challenges, he has become a passionate advocate for Amazigh culture, dedicating his work as a tour guide to correcting misconceptions and sharing the true histories of Morocco. His deep knowledge of the land and its people drives Tawsna Travels’ mission to honor Indigenous heritage.
Kristen has spent the past 15 years working in experiential global education, designing programs that connect people across cultures and foster meaningful learning. After living in various parts of the world, she has been fortunate to call Morocco home for the past several years. Kristen brings her expertise in educational travel and her love for Morocco’s diverse cultures to Tawsna Travels, creating programs that inspire curiosity, empathy, and connection.
